Multicoat® Multi-Tex® Stucco From Sepulveda Building Materials
The Multi-Tex® Stucco System is a flexible acrylic emulsion. It was designed especially for Multicoat's patented Multi-Tex® single coat stucco system, to provide a weatherproof flexible stucco coating. This system is applied to a special non-combustible lightweight autoclaved wall board. It forms a cost effective, durable, weather resistant exterior stucco finished wall, installed on wood or steel frame, residential or commercial structures.
Multi-Tex® is also ideal as a finish coat over masonry applications such as block, brick, pre-cast and poured in place concrete. It can also be used as a finish coat over brown coats, existing stucco finishes, pre-hardened foam, and ICF.
Although Multi-Tex® has a similar appearance to EIFS (foam type systems), the Multi-Tex system is breathable and virtually eliminates the possibility of water intrusion, mildew and mold growth that are plaguing the EIFS industry.
